Mr. Woyke's clients are generally larger corporations. On occasion he will work directly for attorneys representing clients or for boards of directors seeking independent advice.

Woyke and Company is not interested in general management consulting, providing legal, tax or investment advice, or structuring tax-shelter or other investments.

Woyke and Company is interested in participating in genuinely interesting projects involving new concepts or ideas where financial forecasting and risk analysis is important to success.
