Woyke and Company has been involved in projects involving:

benefits, including modeling of future cash flow
and structure of policies and reinsurance, including
assistance with trustees and regulators

analysis of methods to minimize risk, including negotiations
with carriers, actuaries, administrators and others
- Review of large-scale solar utility energy production,
including analysis of projections, economic forecasting,
structure of arrangements to minimize risk, as well
as assistance in negotiation with utilities, government
agencies, investment bankers and others companies
involved in financing
- Structure of long term financing arrangements for
