John Woyke is both an attorney (member of the Connecticut Bar) and an actuary. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.

Mr. Woyke has a background in mathematics and physics having received a degree in Mathematics from Yale University, magna cum laude. He is familiar with relativity and quantum theory and is comfortable discussing technical issues at fundamental theoretical levels.

His mathematical background is in probability and actuarial science and he is comfortable designing income forecasts, including stochastic studies, He is also associated with partners skilled in application of pattern recognition software (so-called "neural network" programs) to economic data. This analysis is especially important if underlying functions are non-linear.
